Open File Explorer
Go to the folder containing the page file
Enable hidden items if the file is not visible
Right-click the page file
Select Open with
Choose a compatible program if prompted
If it is a system page file, use a hex editor or system tool to inspect it
If it is a browser page file, open it in the associated application
If it is a web page file, open it in a web browser
