Press and hold the power button
Tap Power off
Wait for the phone to turn off
Locate the SIM tray on the side of the phone
Insert the SIM ejector tool into the tray hole
Gently push until the tray pops out
Remove the SIM card or insert a new one
Slide the tray back into the phone
Press and hold the power button again to turn the phone back on
