Open the case of your AirPods and keep them near your iPhone
Make sure your iPhone has Bluetooth turned on
A setup prompt should appear on your iPhone
Tap Connect
Follow any on-screen prompts to finish setup
If asked, tap Done
To pair manually: open Settings on your iPhone
Tap Bluetooth
Open the AirPods case and keep the AirPods inside
Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case until the status light flashes white
Select your AirPods from the list under Other Devices
Tap Pair
