Increase the volume on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or other connected device
Open Control Center and raise the media volume slider
Turn up the volume using the AirPods stem controls if supported by your model
Ask Siri to increase the volume
Check that Volume Limit or Headphone Safety settings are not reducing output
Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety and adjust Reduce Loud Sounds
Clean the AirPods speaker grilles to remove wax or debris
Make sure both AirPods are seated properly in your ears
Disconnect and reconnect the AirPods
Forget the AirPods in Bluetooth settings and pair them again
Restart your phone, tablet, or computer
Update your device software
Reset the AirPods
Check the audio balance settings and set them to the center
Turn off Low Power Mode if it is affecting performance
Try the AirPods with another device to check for device-specific issues
