Put AirPods in your ears and connect them to your iPhone, iPad, or Mac
Open Control Center
Press and hold the volume slider
Tap Noise Control
Select Noise Cancellation
On AirPods Pro or AirPods Max, you can also press and hold the stem or noise control button to switch modes
On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings
Tap Bluetooth
Tap the info button next to your AirPods
Under Noise Control, select Noise Cancellation
