Make sure your AirPods model supports Live Translate
Update your iPhone or iPad to the latest iOS or iPadOS version
Pair your AirPods with your device
Open the Translate app or the supported translation feature on your device
Turn on Live Translate
Select the source language and the target language
Put on both AirPods
Start speaking in the source language
Listen to the translated audio through your AirPods
Use your device microphone if prompted
Adjust volume or playback settings if needed
Keep the AirPods and device connected during the conversation
End Live Translate when you are finished
