Remove both earbuds from the charging case
Wait for the earbuds to power on and enter pairing mode
Open Bluetooth settings on your device
Turn on Bluetooth if it is off
Select the Raycon earbuds from the list of available devices
Confirm pairing if prompted
If only one earbud connects, place both earbuds back in the case
Close the case, then remove both earbuds again
Reset the earbuds if they do not appear in Bluetooth settings
Turn Bluetooth off and on again on your device
Try pairing with a different device if needed
