Tap and hold where you want to paste
Tap Paste in the pop-up menu
If the menu does not appear, tap again or tap the insertion point
Use three-finger tap or three-finger pinch gestures if enabled
In some apps, tap the Edit menu and choose Paste
To paste with a keyboard, press Command + V
