Open the Life360 app
Tap the circle/team name you want to manage
Tap Location Settings
Turn off Location Sharing (or Pause Location Sharing)
Confirm the change when prompted
If available, select a duration for pausing location sharing
To resume, go back to Location Settings and turn Location Sharing back on
