Turn off Location Services for Life360 only if you’re allowed to do so: Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Life360 > Never
Disable Precise Location for Life360: Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Life360 > Precise Location off
Stop background updates for Life360: Settings > General > Background App Refresh > Life360 off
Sign out of Life360 if you’re permitted to: open Life360 > Settings > Account > Sign Out
Delete the Life360 app only if you’re allowed to: press and hold the app > Remove App > Delete App
Ask your parents to pause sharing or remove you from the circle
Use iPhone Screen Time or Family Sharing settings only with permission to manage what apps can access
If you want privacy, talk to your parents about setting agreed-upon boundaries
