Choose tissue paper colors that match the gift bag and occasion
Open the tissue paper sheets fully
Stack 1 to 3 sheets together if needed for fullness
Place the gift inside the bag first
Hold the tissue paper at the center
Gently pinch the middle of the tissue paper
Insert the pinched center into the bag
Let the edges fan out above the top of the bag
Adjust the tissue so some layers stand taller than others
Add a second set of tissue paper if you want more volume
Fluff the tissue paper until the bag looks balanced
Fold or trim any excess if needed
Make sure the gift is covered and the tissue looks neat
