How to Prepare a Kiwi?

Wash the kiwi under running water

Pat it dry with a clean towel

Cut off both ends

Peel the skin with a knife or vegetable peeler, or leave it on if preferred

Slice the kiwi into rounds or halves

Scoop out the flesh with a spoon if eating from the skin

Remove any bruised or overly soft parts

Serve immediately or chill before eating
