Mix with water, milk, or juice
Stir well to prevent clumping
Let sit for 10 to 20 minutes
Stir again after a few minutes
Wait until the seeds form a gel-like texture
Add to smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, or pudding
Store prepared chia gel in the refrigerator
Use within a few days
