Keep the broccoli frozen until ready to cook
Rinse briefly under cold water if needed
Steam for 4 to 6 minutes until tender
Boil for 3 to 5 minutes until bright green and tender
Microwave with a small amount of water for 3 to 5 minutes
Sauté in oil or butter over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes
Roast at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes
Season with salt, pepper, garlic, lemon, or cheese
Serve immediately after cooking
