Make sure your printer supports AirPrint or is connected to a compatible printing app
Connect your iPad and printer to the same Wi-Fi network
Open the app that contains the document, photo, or webpage you want to print
Tap the Share icon or the More icon
Tap Print
Select your printer
Choose the number of copies and other print options
Tap Print
If your printer does not support AirPrint, install the printer manufacturer’s app from the App Store
Open the printer app and follow its setup steps
Use the app’s print feature to send the file to the printer
