Turn on the TV and the device you want to control
Press and hold the Setup button on the Xfinity remote until the LED changes from red to green
Enter the TV or device code using the number buttons
Wait for the LED to flash green twice
Test the Power and Volume buttons
If the code does not work, repeat with another code for your TV or device brand
If you do not have a code, use the remote’s auto-search method
Press and hold Setup until the LED turns green
Press the device button you want to program
Press Power, then repeatedly press Channel Up or Power until the device turns off
Press OK or Enter to save the code
Test the remote functions
If needed, repeat for other devices such as a soundbar or audio receiver
Replace the batteries if the remote does not respond
Check the Xfinity remote model if the button layout is different
