Type your message in Discord
Add the image by dragging and dropping it into the chat or using the plus button
Before sending, click the eye or spoiler option if available
If no spoiler option appears, rename the image file by adding `SPOILER_` to the beginning of the filename
Upload the renamed image to Discord
Send the message
The image will appear hidden behind a spoiler overlay until clicked
