Check that the printer is powered on
Make sure the printer is connected to Wi-Fi or the USB cable is securely plugged in
Restart the printer
Restart the computer
Open the printer queue
Turn off Use Printer Offline
Set the printer as the default printer
Clear any stuck print jobs
Restart the Print Spooler service
Reconnect the printer to the network if needed
Update or reinstall the printer driver
Remove and add the printer again
Check for paper jams, low ink, or error lights
Print a test page to confirm it is online
