Turn on the Brother printer
Make sure the WiFi router is on and working
Place the printer near the router during setup
Press the Menu or Settings button on the printer
Select Network
Select WLAN or Wi-Fi
Select Setup Wizard
Choose your WiFi network name
Enter the WiFi password
Confirm the connection
Wait for the printer to connect
Print a network configuration page if needed
Install the Brother printer software on your computer or phone
Select the connected printer during setup
Test by printing a page
