Turn on the printer
Connect the printer to the same Wi-Fi network as the computer
Open the printer’s control panel or settings menu
Select Wi-Fi setup or network setup
Choose your Wi-Fi network
Enter the Wi-Fi password
Confirm the printer is connected to the network
On the computer, open Settings or Control Panel
Go to Printers and Scanners or Devices and Printers
Select Add a printer or scanner
Wait for the computer to detect the printer
Select the printer from the list
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete setup
Install the printer driver if prompted
Print a test page to confirm the connection
