Turn on the printer
Press the printer’s Menu, Setup, or Wireless button
Open Network Settings or Wireless Settings
Select Wi-Fi Setup Wizard or Wireless Setup
Choose your Wi-Fi network name
Enter the Wi-Fi password
Confirm and connect
Wait for the wireless connection to complete
Print a network configuration or test page
Install the printer software on your computer or phone if needed
Add the printer in your device’s printer settings
Make sure the printer and device are on the same Wi-Fi network
