Open the print queue from your printer icon or system settings
Cancel all pending print jobs
If jobs will not clear, restart the Print Spooler service
On Windows, open Services, stop Print Spooler, delete files in the spool folder, then start Print Spooler again
On macOS, open Printers & Scanners, select your printer, and reset the printing system if needed
Restart the computer if the queue remains stuck
Restart the printer if jobs are still not removed
