Open the printer settings on your device
Select Add printer or Add device
Choose Add a network, wireless, or Bluetooth printer
Wait for the system to search for available printers
Select the network printer from the list
Enter the printer IP address or hostname if prompted
Install the required printer driver if prompted
Follow the on-screen setup instructions
Print a test page to confirm the printer is added
Save the printer as default if needed
