Connect the printer to the network using Ethernet or Wi-Fi
Power on the printer
Print or note the printer’s IP address
On your computer, open printer settings
Select Add printer or Add device
Choose the network printer from the list or enter its IP address
Install the required printer driver if prompted
Set the printer as default if needed
Print a test page to confirm the installation
