Turn off the printer
Unplug the power cord
Open the printer cover
Remove any loose paper
Gently pull out the jammed paper
Remove torn paper pieces
Check the paper tray
Reload paper correctly
Close all printer covers
Plug the printer back in
Turn the printer on
Run a test print
