Flip the Ring/Silent switch on the left side of the iPhone toward the back of the phone
Open Control Center and tap the bell icon if available
Go to Settings
Tap Sounds & Haptics
Turn on Silent Mode options as needed
Lower the ringer volume using the volume buttons
Enable Do Not Disturb or Focus mode if you want to silence notifications too
