Open your Zelle app or banking app (the app you used to send the payment)
Go to the transaction or payment history screen
Select the Zelle payment you want to cancel
Tap or select “Cancel” or “Recall” (if available)
If “Cancel/Recall” is not available, contact your bank or the Zelle support line immediately
If the recipient has not yet enrolled, ask your bank to try to stop the payment
If the payment was already delivered, request a return from the recipient through the banking app
Keep any confirmation details (amount, date/time, recipient name/phone/email, transaction ID) ready for support
