Open Facebook and log in to your account
Go to your profile page
Tap or click your profile picture or name
Select Edit profile or Profile settings
Add or update your bio, work, education, and other details
Scroll through your profile to view your Timeline
If you want to post on your Timeline, tap or click What’s on your mind?
Write your post and choose who can see it
Tap or click Post
To show old posts on your Timeline, go to Activity Log and manage your posts
To pin a post to your Timeline, open the post and select Pin to profile
To add a cover photo, tap or click Edit cover photo on your profile
Make sure your profile is set to public or the audience you want to share with
