Press and hold the Power button and Volume Down button together
Keep holding until the screen turns off and the Samsung logo appears
Release the buttons when the logo appears
If the phone is frozen, press and hold the Power button for 10–20 seconds
If the phone has a removable battery, turn it off, remove the battery, reinsert it, and power it on
If the phone is unresponsive, charge it for a few minutes and try again
