Open the Ring app
Tap the menu icon
Select Devices
Choose your Ring camera
Tap Device Health
Tap Change Wi-Fi Network
Put the camera in setup mode
Follow the in-app instructions
Select your Wi-Fi network
Enter your Wi-Fi password
Wait for the camera to reconnect
Check Device Health to confirm connection
Move the camera closer to the router if needed
Restart the router if the camera does not reconnect
Reset the camera and repeat setup if necessary
