Open the Ring app
Tap the device you want to reset
Go to Device Settings
Tap General Settings
Tap Remove This Device
Confirm removal
Press and hold the setup button on the Ring device for 10 to 20 seconds
Wait for the light to flash
Release the button
Set up the device again in the Ring app
