Open the Phone app and start the call
Tap the Record button during the call if available
Wait for the recording countdown or notification to finish
Continue the call while the recording is saved automatically
Stop the recording by ending the call or tapping Stop if shown
Find the recording in the Notes app or the designated call recordings folder
If built-in recording is unavailable, use a third-party call recording app
Follow the app’s instructions to merge calls or use its recording line
Save the recording after the call ends
Review the recording in the app or export it to Files, Notes, or another location
