Open the screen recording tool on your phone
On iPhone, swipe down from the top-right corner and tap the Screen Recording button
On Android, swipe down from the top and tap Screen Recorder if available
If you do not see it, add Screen Recording to Quick Settings or use a built-in recorder app
Choose whether to record audio from the microphone
Tap Start Recording
Wait for the countdown to finish
Perform the actions you want to capture on the screen
Stop recording from the control bar, notification shade, or status bar
Find the saved video in Photos, Gallery, or Files
Trim or edit the recording if needed
