Open QuickTime Player
Click File
Select New Screen Recording
Click the arrow next to the Record button
Choose a microphone for audio input
Adjust recording options if needed
Click Record
Select Full Screen or drag to select an area
Click Stop in the menu bar when finished
Save the recording when prompted
Use Command + Shift + 5 for built-in screen recording controls
Click Options
Select a microphone under Microphone
Click Record to start
Click the Stop button in the menu bar to end the recording
Open the saved file to confirm both screen and audio were captured
