Open the Camera app
Swipe to Video mode
Tap the red Record button
Tap the Stop button to end recording
Open the Voice Memos app
Tap the red Record button to record audio
Tap the Stop button to finish
Open Control Center
Tap the Screen Recording button to record your screen
Tap the red status bar or stop control to end screen recording
Check the Photos app or Voice Memos app to find your recording
