If the chapter has no editor, use the book author in the author position and cite the chapter title followed by the book title.
Capitalize only the first word of the chapter title and subtitle, and any proper nouns.
Italicize the book title, not the chapter title.
Include the page range of the chapter.
If available, include the DOI in URL format at the end.
For an edited book chapter, list the chapter author first, not the editor.
