Open the Google Play Store app or go to play.google.com
Sign in with the Google account used for the purchase
Tap your profile icon
Select Payments & subscriptions
Tap Budget & history or Order history
Find the purchase you want to refund
Tap the item and select Request a refund or Report a problem
Choose the reason for the refund request
Submit the request
Check your email for the refund decision
If approved, wait for the refund to be processed to your original payment method
If the refund option is not available, visit support.google.com/googleplay to contact Google Play support
For some purchases, request a refund within 48 hours of purchase
For subscriptions, cancel the subscription first if needed before requesting a refund
