Choose a reason for the return
Select the refund method if prompted
Follow the instructions to print a return label or get a QR code
Pack the item securely
Attach the return label if required
Drop off the package or schedule a pickup if available
Wait for Amazon to receive and process the return
Check your account for the refund status
Contact Amazon Customer Service if the refund does not appear
