Click I would like a refund

Choose the reason for the refund

Select how you want the refund issued

Submit the refund request

Wait for Steam to review the request

Refunds are generally available if requested within 14 days of purchase and with less than 2 hours of playtime

Check your email or Steam Support for the refund decision
