Preheat the oven to 350°F
Place the rotisserie chicken in an oven-safe dish
Add a small amount of broth or water to the dish
Cover the chicken tightly with foil
Heat for 20 to 30 minutes
Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes if you want crispier skin
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving
