Use a correction tape or correction fluid
Cover the ink with white-out
Gently scrape the ink with a razor blade or craft knife
Lightly sand the area with very fine sandpaper
Apply a small amount of rubbing alcohol with a cotton swab
Dab the ink with acetone on a cotton swab
Use lemon juice and heat carefully
Try a commercial ink remover for paper
Rewrite or print over the corrected area
Scan and edit the document digitally if possible
