Press Ctrl+Shift+8 to show paragraph marks
Delete extra paragraph marks on the blank page
Delete page breaks or section breaks on the blank page
Reduce the font size of the last paragraph mark to 1 pt
Set the last paragraph mark to Hidden if needed
Adjust the bottom margin if the page is caused by layout spacing
Delete any table at the end that is forcing a blank page
Place the cursor at the start of the blank page and press Backspace
Place the cursor at the end of the previous page and press Delete
Check for a manual page break in Print Layout view
Save the document and recheck the page count
