How To Remove Installed Apps From Mac?

Open Finder

Click Applications in the left sidebar

Drag the app you want to remove to Trash

Empty Trash if prompted

If the app is not in Applications

Open Finder

Go to the folder where you installed the app (often Downloads, Applications, or a custom folder)

Drag the app to Trash

Empty Trash

If the app has an uninstaller

Open Finder

Open Applications

Open the app’s folder (if provided) or look for an uninstaller inside the app package

Double-click the uninstaller and follow the prompts

Remove related files manually (optional)

Open Finder

Click Go in the menu bar

Select Go to Folder

Enter:

`~/Library/`

Remove app-related folders/files (only those clearly associated with the app)

Repeat for system-wide locations if needed:

` /Library/`

` /Library/Application Support/`

` /Library/LaunchAgents/`

` /Library/LaunchDaemons/`

` /Library/Preferences/`

Remove app extensions (optional)

Open System Settings

Go to Extensions

Review and remove any extensions associated with the app

Remove login items (optional)

Open System Settings

Go to General

Select Login Items

Remove any items associated with the app

Restart the Mac after removal
