Select the linked cells or range
Press Ctrl + C
Right-click the selection
Choose Paste Special
Select Values
Click OK
To remove hyperlinks only, right-click the cell
Choose Remove Hyperlink
To remove all links in a worksheet, go to Data
Click Edit Links
Select the link
Click Break Link
Confirm the action
To find linked formulas, use Find
Search for [
Replace formulas with values if needed
Save the workbook
