How to Replace Windscreen?

Park the vehicle on a flat surface and set the parking brake

Wear safety gloves and eye protection

Remove windshield wipers and cowl trim

Remove rearview mirror, sensors, cameras, and any attached accessories

Cut through the old sealant around the windscreen with a windshield removal tool or wire

Lift out the old windscreen carefully with suction cups

Clean the pinch weld and remove all old adhesive and debris

Inspect the frame for rust, dents, or damage and repair if needed

Apply primer to the glass edge and body flange if required by the adhesive system

Apply a continuous bead of windshield adhesive to the frame

Position the new windscreen into place using suction cups

Press the windscreen evenly into the adhesive

Reinstall trim, wipers, mirror, sensors, and accessories

Allow the adhesive to cure for the recommended time

Check for leaks and proper fit after curing
