Open the Word document
Press Ctrl + H
Type the word you want to find in the Find what box
Type the replacement word in the Replace with box
Click Replace to change one occurrence
Click Replace All to change every occurrence
Click Find Next to review each match before replacing
Close the dialog box when finished
