Insert fresh batteries into the Roku remote
Turn on the Roku device and TV
Open the battery compartment on the remote
Press and hold the pairing button inside the battery compartment for 3 to 5 seconds
Wait for the pairing light to flash
Keep the remote close to the Roku device
Wait for the on-screen pairing message to appear
Follow any on-screen instructions to complete pairing
If the remote does not pair, restart the Roku device
Remove and reinsert the batteries
Repeat the pairing process
If needed, unplug the Roku device for 10 seconds and plug it back in
Try pairing again after the device restarts
Replace the remote if it still does not connect
