Back up your data
Open Settings
Tap General management
Tap Reset
Tap Factory data reset
Review the information
Tap Reset
Enter your PIN, password, or pattern if prompted
Tap Delete all
Wait for the phone to restart and reset
If the phone is frozen, press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons until it restarts
If needed, use Recovery Mode
Power off the phone
Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons
Release when the Samsung logo appears
Select Wipe data/factory reset
Confirm the reset
Select Reboot system now
