Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button at the same time
When the power menu appears, tap Restart
If the phone is frozen, press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button for about 10 to 15 seconds
Release the buttons when the Samsung logo appears
If your model has a Bixby button, press and hold the Power button and the Bixby button, or use the power menu if available
If the phone does not respond, plug it into a charger and try again
If needed, restart from Settings by opening Settings, tapping General management, and tapping Reset options if your model provides restart-related options
