Boil 6 eggs, cool them, peel them, and make light slits on the surface
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan
Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and let them splutter
Add 1 chopped onion and sauté until golden brown
Add 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute
Add 2 chopped tomatoes and cook until soft
Add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, and salt to taste
Cook the masala until the oil separates
Add 1 cup water and bring it to a boil
Add the boiled eggs and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes
Add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix well
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Serve hot with rice or roti
